I really wanted to like this order because the product seemed fine once it finally showed up, but the whole shipping process was frustrating. I barely got any updates, so I had no idea what was going on, and it ended up taking way longer than I expected. Support did reply eventually, but it was slow and didn’t really clear things up much. Just a lot of mixed signals and waiting around. I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

I waited in line way longer than I expected, which already put me in a bad mood, and then the product itself was disappointing. It just doesn’t feel very sturdy, and the quality comes off kind of cheap.

I couldn’t figure the site out. Basic info was hard to find. Checkout felt clunky. I gave up. Too annoying

The setup was kind of a pain and not exactly intuitive. My partner felt left out the whole time, which is ridiculous for something that’s supposed to involve both people. It just made the whole thing feel clunky and poorly thought out

The kit itself was easy enough to put together, but... yeah, some of the instructions were a little confusing. I had to go back and reread a few parts a couple times before I felt like I was doing it right.

It did help calm me down a little, and I felt a bit less alone using it. But I have to say, the answers weren’t always consistent. Sometimes it would say one thing, then give a different kind of response later, which was frustrating when I was already feeling stressed. Still, in the moment, it helped me settle down a bit.

I was hoping this would feel easy to use, but it didn’t really works for me. The shape were kind of awkward, and I kept having to stop and adjust it. Maybe other people will like it more, but comfort-wise I was disappointed.

I mean, I was really hoping this would feel like an easier, more convenient option than going to a clinic, but it just felt basic. Like, for the price, I expected it to be more helpful or at least feel a bit more thorough. It didn’t really help us much, and yeah, I kind of regret buying it.

And with baby stuff, I don’t know... that just made me a little nervous. Maybe it’s all fine, but I couldn’t tell from the site, so I ended up passing. Would’ve felt better if it was explained more clearly

I liked the idea of it and it was easy to use at home, but it didn’t feel as private as I expected. It’s not terrible, and there are some good things about it, but if privacy is the main reason you’re getting it, you might be a little disappointed.

I specifically expected discreet packaging, but that basic request was completely ignored. The box, label, and sender made it really obvious what I ordered, and of course it got left right in my building lobby. Super embarrassing and frustrating. I won’t be ordering again.

I found the syringe design frustrating. It felt awkward in my hand and didn’t glide as smoothly as I expected. The tip also seemed like it wasn’t shaped very well for what it’s supposed to do, which made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I really expected something easier to use and better thought out. I wouldn’t buy it again.

It just didn’t feel very inclusive for LGBTQ+ families... The vibe wasn’t exactly welcoming, and it made the whole experience feel a bit uncomfortable.

I ordered this hoping the whole process would be a little easier to understand as a single parent, but it ended up being confusing. A lot of the information seemed like it was written with couples in mind, and when I reached out for help, it kind of felt like support was answering around my questions instead of actually answering them.
Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I definitely felt like I was left to figure a lot out by myself. For what it costs, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clearer guidance and a bit more support

My kit arrived missing a few pieces, so I couldn’t even use it right away. Like I said, it’s frustrating, especially for what I paid. I just expected everything to be in the box, but like I said, that wasn’t the case.

I really didn’t have a great experience with their customer support, I went in thinking it would be a quick thing to sort out but it ended up feeling way more annoying than it needed to be.
I asked a simple question and the replies I got felt like they were just copied and pasted, like nobody actually read what I wrote, and then the responses took forever so I kept having to explain myself again and again which got old fast.
Maybe someone else had better luck with them, but for me the whole support experience just made everything stressful and frustrating, and I don’t think I’d use them again after that

I ordered from mosiebaby.com, the shipping was kind of meh. I was a little impatient waiting on it because it took a few more days than I expected, and the tracking barely updated at first, which made me a bit antsy. The product did show up in good shape though, so I was relieved about that. Overall, it wasn’t awful or anything, just wish it had gotten here a little faster
